What's Happening at Grace Baptist?


It's that time of year again!  Awana will begin on Sunday, August 22nd at 6:00 PM!  Registration costs are minimal.  Come a little bit early on the 22nd to register.  We hope you'll come and join the fun.  You may call our church office for more information at 704-827-8600.  Come and register your children for this time of learning and fun! 
 
It's time for Gearin' Up!  This Leadership Conference is designed for the committee members and Directors for our new church year (both experienced and inexperienced.)  It is a mandatory event.  Supper will be provided at 6:00 PM followed by conference at 6:30 PM.  There will be NO regular services on this evening.

A Night for Missions

On Wednesday evening, September 1st, we will meet for a Night of Missions!  Come at 6:00 PM for a Pasta/Salad supper provided by our Women's Groups.  At 7:00 PM we will move into the Sanctuary for a wonderful information session on all of the missions groups/projects going on here at Grace Baptist Church.  Come and find a group to join. 

Men's Fishing Trip

The Annual Men's Ministry Fishing Trip has been scheduled for Thursday, October 14 thru Sunday, October 17th.  We need a definite count on those who like to go by Sunday, September 12th.  There is a sign up sheet available on the 'sign up' board.  You can also see Lee Sealey or call the church for more information.

Bible Study Opportunity

We are beginning a new Bible Study by Beth Moore on Thursday evenings.  Lisa Dunn will be the facilitator and they will meet here on campus at 6:30 PM.  They will be going through the Psalms of Ascent (Psalms 120-134).  You may call the church office at 704-827-8600 for more information.
